Ozzy Osbourne will be celebrated more than mourned in a “small, private funeral” for his loved ones.

An insider close to the “Crazy Train” rocker’s famous family told People that they’re planning a celebration of life that will honor Ozzy’s wild and charismatic spirit.

“Ozzy would never want a mope-fest,” the source said of the 76-year-old, who’s survived by his six adult children and wife Sharon.

With the latter — Ozzy’s second wife, to whom he’d been married since 1982 — he shared daughters Aimee, 41, and Kelly, 40, as well as 39-year-old son Jack. They, along with Ozzy, were the centerpiece of MTV’s early aughts reality hit, “The Osbournes.”

The Grammy winner was also father to Louis and Jessica, from his first marriage to Thelma Riley, whose son, Elliot, he also adopted.

Osbourne’s family has been “touched by all the love and support pouring in from around the world” following his death last week, the insider told People.

The heavy metal icon died just over two weeks after Black Sabbath’s first performance in 20 years, which was intended to serve as Osbourne’s farewell concert in his hometown of Birmingham, England.

“You’ve no idea how I feel,” he said in an emotional goodbye the stage. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

In early 2023, Osbourne called off a tour he’d already pushed back and officially retired from touring due to health issues associated with his Parkinson’s disease. By year’s end, during an episode of “The Osbournes” podcast, he addressed rumors that he’d died.

“I don’t feel dead,” Ozzy told his family. “I’m not dead. I’m not going any f—ing anywhere. And I’m gonna go and do some more gigs before I’m finished anyway.”
