“Pretty Little Liars”-turned-Hallmark star Janel Parrish and her husband have split after eight years of marriage, a source said in the hours after “Dancing with the Stars” pro Sasha Farber shared a clip of Parrish dancing with him in a parking lot.

Insiders with direct knowledge told TMZ Thursday that the 37-year-old actress — who broke out in the “PLL” role of Mona, which she reprised in a spinoff — and husband Chris Long “have been separated for a few months.” A source confirmed the report to the Daily News Friday.

The couple got together in 2016 and got engaged the following year, before saying “I do” in summer 2018 in an Oahu ceremony. They share no children.

It’s unclear when exactly the couple separated or what prompted the split, though Parrish tagged Long in a December 2025 Instagram post, naming him as one of her pillars of support following her second surgery for endometriosis.

“Thankful to my nurse @c_long for being there every step of the way,” Parrish wrote at the time, also tagging Long in a photo of them holding hands amid her hospitalization.

TMZ on Thursday reported that Long’s last post was from their wedding anniversary in 2025, though he appears to have deleted or archived it in the hours since.

At the time of publication, Long’s most recent post is from July 2024, when he congratulated sister-in-law Melissa Parrish in a caption edited late Thursday to now read: “Very proud of COLONEL Parrish,” with a saluting emoji as well as the hands raised to the sky.

Also on Thursday, 41-year-old Farber shared a video of himself dancing at night in a parking lot with Parrish — who met when she competed on “Dancing with the Stars” in 2014 with pro Val Chmerkovskiy.

“She’s still got it @janelparrish,” wrote Farber.

Parrish commented her thanks “for dancing with me as I laughed in your ear very loudly,” to which Farber responded, “Anytime,” including a fire emoji.

The pair appear to be wearing the same outfit in that video as they are in a photo published Thursday evening by celebrity gossip site DeuxMoi — which prefaces its sourcing is unconfirmed.

An insider claimed to the site that Parrish and Farber were “getting really cozy” at dinner and had spent Easter together and “two other nights this week alone.”
