Adrien Brody has no career bucket list

Adrien Brody does not have a career bucket list.
The Academy Award-winning actor appreciates what he has already experienced in life and would rather wait for opportunities to pop up.
Adrien, 52, told People: "I have lots of things in life that I'd like to accomplish, but at the same time, I feel very blessed I've managed to experience a lot in life. So I don't have 'things.
"There's no list, and I'm just doing what I feel like I should be doing, and I hope for the best."
The Brutalist star - who has been in a relationship with fashion designer Georgina Chapman, 49, since 2019 - likes to focus on his creative work and spend time with his loved ones.
Adrien said: "I think what's most important is to find the space and clarity to each day do more of what I yearn to do creatively, rather than find myself distracted with things that pull me from that.
"That is all I can ask to do, and the more I'm successful at doing that - and spending time with loved ones and animals, or doing work that is meaningful - then I'm good."
Elsewhere, the King Kong cast member thinks he has benefited and learned from a series of setbacks earlier in his career.
In December 2024, Adrien - whose career began in the early 1990s - explained to The Hollywood Reporter: "You do not listen until you fail or until it really hurts.
"For a shift to occur, there has to be enlightenment. Enlightenment comes oftentimes through suffering or hardships. I've had a very blessed life and career, but it's never been easy. The thing to know is there are many chapters."
The Pianist actor added that he is happy with pushing himself to the limit in his professional life.
Adrien said: "I am very happy to work myself to exhaustion, and feel that gamut of emotions. That is very fulfilling."
The Hollywood star is set to star alongside Tessa Thompson, 42, in the Broadway show, The Fear of 13.
And Adrien - who starred in The Fear of 13 in London back in 2024 - loves that he can find new and exciting challenges at this stage of his career.
In January, he told People: "To still find things that are exciting and creatively challenging and provide a lot of growth [is great]."
