JoJo Siwa recalls babysitting 'sweet' North West

JoJo Siwa loved babysitting North West in 2019.
The 22-year-old TV star has revealed that Kim Kardashian, North's mom, didn't have any hesitations about allowing her to look after North, who was "a big fan" of JoJo at the time.
Speaking on the 'Rosebud with Gyles Brandreth' podcast, JoJo recalled: "I think I said, 'If North ever wanted to be in a video, I would love to have her. I do these babysitting videos - I normally do it with YouTuber kids, but I could do it for fun with North'.
"She was like, 'Oh my God, I would love to. Could we film it for my show?' I was like, 'Your show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians? Yeah, sure.'"
JoJo remembers Kim and North, 11, being "so calm, so sweet, so down to earth, so nice".
Meanwhile, Kim previously confessed that she feels "really conflicted" about her daughter's burgeoning career.
The SKIMS co-founder admitted to being caught off-guard by North's sudden rise.
Kim - who also has Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, six, with her ex-husband Kanye West - said on an episode of 'The Kardashians': "I thought I was busy before. North, me having to be her momager right now is crazy. It's just, it was not on my list. It was not on my bingo card for this year."
In 2024, North starred as Young Simba in a production of 'The Lion King', while she also featured on Kanye's 'Talking / Once Again'.
And managing North's career has proven to be more time-consuming than Kim ever imagined.
The brunette beauty - who was married to Kanye between 2014 and 2022 - shared: "If she has a shoot, I have to be there all day, so it's like her or me."
Kim also admitted that she's struggled to find a healthy work-life balance amid North's success.
The reality TV star said: "I'm really conflicted on my daughter's career, so we're going to talk about that soon.
"I just really want to make sure that everything's really well balanced. All of the work experiences are balanced out with just enough fun life experiences. I just want balance."
