The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information about a person who appeared to “fire a gun” at ICE agents amid demonstrations in Southern California this week.

The alleged shooting unfolded on Thursday as federal officers raided a large cannabis farm in Camarillo, where they clashed with local activists blocking their access to the facility, the Department of Homeland Security said. Footage captured by local media outlets sees agents firing tear gas and deploying crowd control munitions amid the escalating tensions.

U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, who heads the Central District of California office, took to social media to share another clip recorded at the scene. It showed “an Unknown Subject who appeared to fire a pistol at Federal Law Enforcement Officers near Camarillo” around 2:26 p.m. along “Laguna Rd between Wood Rd and Las Posas Rd.”

The raid in Camarillo was one of several at facilities owned by Glass House Farms on Thursday. There was also a raid at the company’s farm in Carpinteria, Calif., some 35 miles away, marking the latest in a series of immigration raids that have become a political flashpoint in recent months.

Tricia McLaughlin, a spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security, said the agents were “executing criminal search warrants” at the time. As a result, “10 juveniles,” eight of them unaccompanied, were found at one of the facilities, according to Rodney Scott, the commissioner of Customs and Border Protection. He added that they were all undocumented.

Glass House in a statement shared on social media confirmed the raids at its facilities.

“Glass House Farms were visited today by ICE Officials,” it said on X. “The company fully complied with agent search warrants and will provide further updates if necessary.”
